沪通长江大桥数字化运维系统的设计研发

当前,我国大量已建大跨铁路桥梁的运营维护与安全面临巨大挑战,既有养修的人员、技术、设备、理念及管理制度越来越滞后于大型铁路桥梁的现代化运维需求,随着现代信息及物联网技术的发展,数字化、标准化、智能化、网络化的智慧运营维护技术与体系的形成成为可能。以沪通长江大桥运营维护方案为依托,针对大跨径铁路桥梁现代化运维和管养需求,提出集多源信息获取及管理、结构智能分析与状态评估、智能养修管理等功能于一身的数字化大桥运维平台的总体设计,明确平台的基本功能和物理架构,并进一步介绍沪通长江大桥已建BIM建设管理、长期结构健康监测、电子化巡检、视觉检测等子系统的具体实施情况,为大数据时代下大跨径铁路桥梁的先进维护进行了一定探索。

Most of the current long-span railway bridges in China are now facing great challenges in terms of operation, maintenance and safety. The existing maintenance personnel, technology, equipment, concepts and management systems are incommensurate to the state-of-the-art operation and maintenance of large railway bridges.  The burgeoning information and Internet of Things technologies make it possible the formation of the digital, standardized, intelligent, networked maintenance system. Relying on the operation and maintenance plan of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge, this work presented one novel and digital operation and maintenance top-level design of large railway bridges. Based on the modern maintenance demands of large-span railway bridges, the proposed top-level design involved several significant parts (i.e., acquisition and management of multi-source information, intelligent structural analysis and condition assessment of bridge structure, and intelligent maintenance of bridge structure). Besides, the fundamental functions and physical framework of this top-level design were also advocated in this work. Furthermore, the specific implementation of BIM construction management, long-term structural health monitoring, electronic inspection terminal, visual inspection system of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge was introduced, verifying the feasibility of developed advanced maintenance of large-span railway bridges in the era of big data.
